Sophie Gurden

Sophie comes from a family of chiropractors and knew from an early age that she wanted to train in this field. Sophie enjoys working with patients of all ages to help them obtain their optimal health that allows them to keep doing the things they love. She obtained a first-class Master of Chiropractic degree in 2021 from the AECC University College in Bournemouth and has a special interest in pregnancy, post-partum and paediatric care.

When not at work, she can often be found at the gym or paddle boarding down the River Stour with her Border Terrier Ralph.

Sophie offers a range of treatments including manual therapy (manipulation), massage, soft tissue techniques, ultrasound, kinesiology taping, shockwave therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
